- Partner Support Program Plus (PSPP) This program is available in one-year, two-year and three-year terms. Software upgrades and enhancements are provided, as well as next business day advance replacement. Also includes 24x7 access to Packeteer’s online support center.
- Packeteer Software Subscription (PSS) Features a choice of one-year, two-year and three-year terms and provides easy access to all software upgrades and enhancements. Technical phone support is available 8x5. Access to Packeteer’s online support center is available 24x7.
- Premium Packeteer Software Subscription (PSS-Premium) This package is available in one-year, two-year and three-year terms. Offering 24x7 technical phone support and includes software upgrades and enhancements, it also provides 24x7 access to Packeteer’s online support center.
