Over the two hour engagement, our Packeteer Certified Engineer (PCE) will review a ten-point checklist of items such as software release and plug-ins, and work with you to address any immediately fixable issues. Once the check-list is completed, the remainder of the two-hour session is yours to discuss whatever topics you would like. There is no written deliverable associated with the Shape-Up.

The Shape-Up could address all of your requirements or suggest the need for additional VistaOne PCE engagement hours, a best practices audit or a recommendation to attend formal classroom training .
