It’s an advanced technical training course that focuses on advanced traffic analysis, and diagnosing/ troubleshooting problems related to:

This is a proxy fundamentals course for IT professionals that want to master the fundamentals of Blue Coat products and have not taken any previous Blue Coat training courses. Students should be familiar with networking essentials like LAN, Internet, security, and IP protocols. Basic knowledge of authentication methods is also a plus. If you previously attended the old Proxy Fundamentals Course, you can skip this. Instead take the BCCPA Upgrade class that covers new material. The BCCPA Course covers:

This course is designed to provide students with a better understanding of Blue Coat Reporter. This course will teach students how to install, configure and operate Reporter. Students should have an advanced knowledge of networking and be familiar with Access Logging. The course will begin by introducing students to Reporter and what it can do to help their organizations.
