The VistaOne Two-Hour Tune-Up™
With any technology, there are gremlins, human errors and little derailments that diminish performance over time. And software, drivers and add-ons go out of date. That’s why VistaOne recommends periodic tune-ups by experts who battle the hitches, glitches and hiccups every day and know what to look for.
The entry level examination service is VistaOne’s Two-Hour Tune-up. As the name implies, the service takes about two hours and could be described as a kind of "mini-audit" designed to ensure your organization receives optimum value from your solution deployment.
During the two hour engagement, VistaOne’s manufacturer-certified engineer will review a ten-point checklist of items like software release updates and new plug-ins. He or she will work directly with you to address any immediately fixable issues.
Once the check-list is completed, the remainder of the two-hour session is yours to ask questions or discuss whatever topics you would like.
There is no written deliverable associated with the Two-Hour Tune-Up.
Regularly performed, the Two-Hour Tune-Up probably keeps things humming along. Occasionally, the session suggests a need for additional hours, a VistaOne Best Practices Audit or formal ATP classroom training. We’re here to support.
